Among the services offered, the fully automated grinding department has 5 robotic systems.

The powder and liquid painting department offers a complete service thanks to the machinery park comprising:

• No. 1 Epoxy powder paint system composed of a six-stage wash;
• No. 1 Wagner liquid painting cable also for high temperature paints;
• No. 1 Hyper-ventilated drying furnace;
• No. 1 Curing furnace (also suitable for firing high temperature powder);
• No. 1 Ghema booth, with fast color change (15 min).

Meca can be the supplier of choice for outsourced production needs: from painting, assembly, boxing and palletizing to storage and transport using our own vehicles.
