The P4 panel bender is a state-of-the-art system, featuring a turnover device and loading/unloading automation. It is also equipped with both positive and negative auxiliary blades for making hard-to-produce tabs and bends.

Robotic bending islands are an example of advanced industrial automation in sheet metal processing. Equipped with a series of highly specialized robots, they perform processing with precision and efficiency following the specifications of the final product; also, they ensure fast, accurate and high-quality production.

These machines are extremely versatile, able to adapt to different shapes and sizes of sheet metal, and thus offer ample flexibility in the production of a wide range of products.

The S1 combi punch-laser machine by Salvagnini is a complete machining center capable of performing a wide range of operations - such as punching, forming, tapping, laser cutting and part separation - thus optimizing the production process. A system that fully fits among those available in our factory, where the common thread is offering the customer the best technology available on the market.

The Salvagnini L5 guarantees the highest quality for the entire range of machinable thicknesses and is particularly performing on thin and medium-thin thicknesses thanks to the high-dynamics laser.
